Your support coordinator helps you understand your plan, connect with the right providers, manage your supports, and build your ability to navigate the NDIS independently over time. At Heal Care, that also means being available when things go wrong and helping you prepare for plan reviews.
Look for a budget line under "Capacity Building Support Coordination." If you can't find it, call us. We can look through your plan with you and explain exactly what you're funded for.
Yes, absolutely. You have the right to choose your own NDIS providers, and you can change any of them at any time. We'll never lock you into a long-term commitment you're not comfortable with.
We have experience in psychosocial support coordination for participants living with mental health conditions. This requires a different kind of expertise — an understanding of fluctuating capacity, crisis planning, and working alongside clinical teams — and our coordinators are equipped for it.
